How it Works
At Hope and Life, our priority is to encourage you to remain as independent as possible across your day to day tasks. We provide services that focus on the specific level of assistance you require for personal activities of daily life, whereby this information will be outlined in your plan.
Whether you are living in supported accommodation or in your own home, our aim is to help you live the way you choose. We understand that everyone's needs and preferences are unique, so we customise our care to ensure you can receive the right support.

We also provide assistance with managing personal care tasks in settings that take place outside of your home, such as during social, recreational, education or employment activities.

Wherever you are, we are here to inspire confidence across all your personal everyday tasks.

Tailored supports for personal daily activities include assistance with:
-
Personal hygiene (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming, oral care)
-
Toileting
-
Use of aids and appliances (including splints, hearing and communication devices)
-
